Remember Ralphie?  I can’t remember his little brother’s name, but in “A Christmas Story” the two of them were tearing through their gifts on Christmas morning.   Remember what they did when they pulled socks out of a wrapped gift?  Yup, they chucked them over their shoulders and kept looking for toys.  So we can conclude that socks are not a great gift for kids.

However, Oberon Socks are great gifts for men.  The company sent me a couple pairs to try out so I can personally tell you, they are both comfortable and stylish.  I’m the kind of guy who does have a professional job where I dress for business every day, so I’ve worn my share off dress socks.  Oberon Socks might be the most comfortable I’ve worn.  Maybe it’s because of the high quality cotton and wool blend.  Maybe it’s because of the hand sewn toe (yes, the toe is closed by hand to prevent that uncomfortable seam you get in other socks).  Or, maybe it’s because they are just too cool.

Cool because they take traditional argyle patterns and use great color combinations and killer embroidery to make a truly unique sock. Because what is a dress sock without an umbrella holding elephant?
