Ever go to one of those fancy-schmancy Japanese steak houses where they cook your dinner right at the table? Actually, I love going to those places; I think the food is great. Anyway, if you watch the cook, you’ll notice that the only thing that they clean that griddle with is water. Of course, that huge burst of steam is part of the effect. But nonetheless, steam is the best cleaner for their work.
Well guess what, there is a tool that gives you the same kind of clean in your grill. This grill brush has a water reservoir right in the handle. Press the red button for a burst of steam that goes to work on that caked-on grime. Of course, you need to do this when the grill is nice and hot.
