I used to love working puzzles. It’s a great challenge (see rule 6), plus it’s a great family activity. I’ve stopped recently because I just can’t afford to have an entire table consumed with puzzle pieces for however long it takes to get the thing together (sometimes weeks at my pace). My favorites are the mystery ones where you read a story, put the puzzle together, and then have to figure out the clues to solve the story.
I’ve tried other methods to save the puzzle before. I used to have this roll thing but it didn’t work. The puzzle was always messed up when it came out.
This Puzzle Storage System is a great solution. Each side of the work space is covered with a full sheet of Velcro so none of the pieces move when packed up. Plus it’s got sectioned slide out drawers to help hold and organize your pieces. With a gadget like this, puzzles can become a staple of his family time once again.

I’ve talked about the products from The Grooming Lounge many times. I personally believe they’ve got great products and think they are doing wonders for the world of men’s grooming. I hope one day they’ll invite me to their place to experience first hand what real treatment is like at a men’s salon. I’d love to write a review for you all.
Anyway, the folks at The Grooming Lounge called to congratulate and offer some more prizes! Two winners are in for a real treat with a shaving product package that includes: Grooming Lounge Face Wash, Grooming Lounge Beard Destroyer Shave Cream and Grooming Lounge After Shave. You read it right, two winners on this one!

There is something that draws me to this Suspended Wine Decanter. Granted, there are other ways to pour a glass of wine (open bottle, pour in glass). However like most things associated with the male mind, the equation is simple: simple task + complex gadget = happiness.
The glass sphere and mesh filter at the top will properly agitate and aerate that bottle of red so that it’s ready for drinking. The bottom spigot works by pressing up with your glass. Fun!
This gorgeous conversation piece is topped off with an Italian marble base and wrought-iron frame. Perfect gift for the wine guy.

Could this be a new revolution in money clips? Available in gold or nickel, the Money Grip is a solid solution for those with huge wallets. It holds up to 5 cards and 30 bills in its secure clamp.
Look, he doesn’t need most of that crap in his wallet anyway. It just weighs him down.

Remember way back when your car’s power outlet was actually called a cigarette lighter? I know, it sounds crazy young padawan, but it’s true. I was in an auto store the other day and they actually had cigarette lighters selling as car accessories.
Here is yet another gadget for that outlet. The Auto Lenser Light is a handy little flashlight that recharges itself in the outlet. Perfect for reading directions without lighting up the entire car. Only two inches long but packs a punch with a quality white LED beam.

I know. If you want to get technical, this is a hook on the end of a stick. But let me tell you what, I’m out on my back deck right now, and there is more junk down in the slats that I would have thought. You see, the dogs spend most of their time out here. So there is a mix of leaves and dog hair that will never come out with sweeping or washing with the hose. This ingenious little gadget is one of those things you never knew you needed, but could probably really use. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION.

Another dad snack are nuts. I love sitting down with a bowl of pistachios. They are one of the greatest pleasures in life. So I always have two bowls, one for the nuts, and another for the shells. I end up balancing the shell bowl on the arm of the chair while I work away on the nuts. The empty nut bowl is also perfect for holding the shells you picked up off the floor after knocking the other bowl off the chair.
The Original Pistachio Basket is perfect for this scenario. The two baskets are held together with a wood base. Made for eating any kind of nuts, but could also be good if you want to have two things on the table. This is a really neat little idea.
