If he works in an office, I guarantee he’s seen these. Pretty pictures; uplifting messages. They are meant to inspire greatness within a company. Also, they are totally . . . annoying.
So glad I found demotivators.com. They’ve got lots of anti-motivational products to choose from. Posters, mugs, calendars, and post cards. Perfect for someone with a good sense of humor.
Because remember: When you wish upon a falling star, your dreams can come true. Unless it’s really a meteorite hurtling to the Earth which will destroy all life. Then you’re pretty much hosed no matter what you wish for. Unless it’s death by meteor.
No matter how much you work, training takes years. Sometimes a lifetime. You finally got him to wear something other than jeans; explained that white doesn’t go with everything (when talking about socks); and got through the idea that shoes and belt should match (whoa!).
Here’s a cool item I found. Dads job at most family events is to take pictures. Pictures of the kids, the wife, random people by the pool, the ground, his thumb, etc. Thank goodness for digital.
Ugh, what a terrible name. Alright for a girl’s gift maybe, but not a guys. Anyway, I thought this might be a perfect Valentine’s Day gift for him. Although it is claimed to be a “unisex accessory”, I think it’s a really cool piece of jewelery that he would enjoy.
Darts are great fun. I love playing with friends, having a beer. Usually, however, we’re sentenced to the garage to play. Unless, of course, you have some other room that you are allowed to put holes in the wall. By the way, we never put holes in the wall. It’s always our idiot friend who can’t throw straight. Yes, honey, we won’t let him play anymore.
